Chinese Red Envelopes
Traditionally
Feng Shui consultants are paid their fees in red envelopes, but they are also
used to enhance luck, abundance, and happiness. A fun Feng Shui cure is to put
two coins each into four envelopes and place them in the four corners of your
house, in any room, under the mattress, etc. to attract luck and love. One coin
in an envelope above the molding of the front door promises advancement in your
career. These envelopes are gorgeous and feature two goldfish (for money) and
peaches, which symbolize longevity and abundance. Each envelope measures
4” x 3 ¾”.

Holy Water
The
use of Holy Water dates back to the early Christian Era and is believed to
contain curative powers.
The early Greek church made Holy Water during the beginning of each Lunar month,
possibly to replace the pagan feast of the New moon.
Pope Leo IV ordered that priests bless water every Sunday at their own church
and sprinkle the churchgoers as well. People entering the churches were then
able to take the Holy Water from the church and sprinkle it over their homes,
property, and even on their food.
Our special Holy Water glass vessels are made in Italy and display icons of the
Saints on the front of the bottle. The sacred water comes from St. Anthony's
Chapel in Pittsburgh, home of more then 5,000 religious relics over 100 years
old. The bottles provide a great source of inspiration and also make
thoughtful gifts. Contact Us to order the bottle with
the Saint that may reflect your need.

Lucky
Money Cat
For home or business the lucky cat is a symbol of wealth. In China, the cat is
believed to chase away evil spirits and is a protector of silkworms, which has
been a great source of revenue in China for centuries. (Cats would chase the
rodents away that eat the silkworms.)
The lucky money cat is placed by the cash register in a business or the wealth
sector of the home as a Feng Shui money cure. This is a 3” high solid resin
statue in rosewood. People who are fond of cats resonate with this good luck
symbol.

Prayer Flags
Prayer
Flags in Tibet are called Lung Ta which translates into "wind horse." It is
believed that by hanging these flags in high places the Wind Horse will carry
the blessings depicted on the flags to all beings.
The image of the Wind Horse carries the "Flaming Jewel," the wish fulfilling
jewel of enlightenment. The writing printed on the flags includes the mantras of
Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche), Chenrezi, and Manjushri.
The five colors of the flags represent the five elements: blue for space, white
for water, red for fire, green for wind, and yellow for earth. In Feng Shui,
Prayer Flags can be an appropriate tool for incorporating the element of air.
Hang these flags from porches, trees, or anyplace the wind will catch them.

(patron Saint of homes and families), in the hopes of gaining land.
Eventually the medals were replaced with statues which are buried upside down.
Our Saint Joseph house selling kits include everything you need to sell your
house.

Lama Chodpa Incense
Proceeds from the sale of the incense go directly to Friends of Nub Gon
Monastery which is a non-profit charity formed between the monks and people of
the village.
Following
is a direct quote from our supplier and we think it says it all!
“Lama Chodpa is natural Tibetan incense. Organic 100% free of chemicals,
pesticides or additives, grown blessed and hand made at the Monastery, hand made
to the exact specifications of a recipe from an ancient scroll, life process of
nature is constantly kept in the highest regard in all decisions from
sustainable harvesting through the final stages of production.
Tibetan tradition is strictly adhered to during the process, from using the
purest possible ingredients (the mandated proportions of medicinal herbs), to
the artesian process where the carefully dried ingredients are individually
ground (using a mortar and pestle), blended by hand, and dried by the sun. The
sticks are hand packed in protective tubing and hand-made paper and wax sealed
using an auspicious seal of Tashi Jong (auspicious happy valley).
All ingredients are blessed; one however is the object of a 9 days blessing
ceremony for 12 hours a day by 200 monks. After the 9 days blessing, it is
placed in a Dharma protector room to be blessed once a day for an entire year by
a meditation master before being used in the incense.” - G. S.
